Being an interim manager can be challenging but rewarding; it is the chance to share your expertise and experience with colleagues across the sector at those organisations that need it most. By working together, we can drive improvement and support college staff so our sector flourishes.

We are always happy to receive interest from individuals who are interested in undertaking interim assignments across the FE sector.  In most cases you will have previous experience of the sector and will have operated at first line, middle or senior management level.  We would be especially interested in receiving expressions of interest from individuals with the following profiles:
