Loneliness and isolation: Coping strategies for working or studying alone: AoC mental health webinar series

During these difficult and changing times, loneliness and isolation can be a real and significant challenge for many students. The traditional way of learning is no longer and loneliness and isolation for students can have a damaging impact on mental wellbeing. This session will explore the issues and provide tools and strategies for college staff to assist students who are struggling and need extra support during this time.

There will be plenty of time for a Q&A session where you can put your questions to the trainer and the other college staff at the session.

This session will be led by a mental health trainer from the Charlie Waller Trust and chaired by Richard Caulfield, North West Area Director, Association of Colleges and policy lead for mental health and wellbeing.
